Contract Formation
No contract shall subsist between you and RoadRunner Autoparts Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until RoadRunner Autoparts Ltd accepts your order by sending you a VAT invoice. Your order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time RoadRunner Autoparts Ltd sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).
Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid.

Pricing
"RRP" - any "RRP" used on this Site represents the manufacturers' suggested selling prices and may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area.
"Our Price" - despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an item's correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our quoted price, RoadRunner Autoparts Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the item in order not to cause you inconvenience.
"You Save" - all references to your "savings" on this Site are based on your average savings relative to the "RRP" including the VAT calculation.

Delivery
We will dispatch your order within normal working hours the same business day from receipt of the order if we receive your order before 2pm. If your order is received after 2pm, we will dispatch the order the next working day within normal working hours.
Please note: 'Non Insured' delivery services can not be tracked by us and therefore claims for loses can not be made and refunds for lost parcels will not be issued.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, if for any reason your order has not arrived after this time period and an 'Insured' delivery service was selected, we will investigate it with the courier. If your order has not arrived at 14 days from purchase date, you may at your option cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund or ask for it to be re-sent.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are displayed during the checkout process.  Delivery times shown on checkout are estimated on previous experience with the chosen courier.  In some cases, delivery can be delayed with the courier for an extra day or two, this is beyond our control.  Please consider this before contacting us with a delivery query or tracking investigation request.

Import Duty
Customers who live in non European Union countries may be liable for import duty. Please check with your local customs department if you are in doubt. We do not offer refunds on packages returned as a result of failure to pay the import duty or taxes.

Communication
We may contact you periodically to communicate promotions and special offers. As per the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations Act (PECR) 2003, on every communication a valid 'opt-out' option will be provided.

Returns
Orders can be returned to us for a full refund within 15 days after the purchase date. Items returned which are not suitable for re-sale, will not be refunded (our decision is final). Customers are responsible to cover any postage costs for returned items.
